Atlantic’s operating subsidiaries, Atlantic Scaffolding and Atlantic Plant Services, will continue under the leadership of Craig Kaple and Darryl Schimeck, respectively. Kaple and Schimeck will report to Michael McGinnis, President of The Brock Group. “The completion of this transaction represents a significant step for Atlantic in our quest to continue to improve our business,” said Kaple. “This combination will broaden the breadth of our service and product offering and expand geographic coverage,” stated Schimeck.
